Multifunctional workstation for paint handling
Kombi combines three functions in one compact unit – cleaning and control, paint mixing and viscosity check – so you save both time and space. Balanced supply and exhaust air give a safe and healthy working environment for efficient paint handling.
Cleaning trough, paint mixing and viscosity check in the same compact cabinet.
12-litre capacity with a perforated base plate that keeps cups clear of the sediment.
A sloping surface and lid minimise spillage; the liquid is easily drained via a tap.
Exhaust-air filters in the back wall and top prevent paint particles from reaching the fan blade.
Supplied with an air regulator and cleaning gun as standard.
Manufactured from robust materials for long service life.

In depth
Kombi is a mixing bench that combines three functions in one unit: a cleaning trough, paint mixing and viscosity check. The cabinet comes in two widths, 150 and 195 cm, and is aimed at workshops that want the whole mixing process – from mixing to control to cleaning – in the same place.
The point of combining the functions is to save space. Mixing, viscosity check and cleaning are usually carried out by the same person, with the same material in hand. When the three steps happen in the same place, the need for unnecessary movement is reduced — and so is the risk of spillage.
Kombi suits workshops that mix daily and where the viscosity check is a fixed part of quality control. In practice, the cabinet replaces a separate cleaning solution for the workshop that does not have the volume to justify a full-size Systemtvätt.
Supplied with an air regulator and cleaning gun as standard – what you need to get going is included.
The cleaning trough is purpose-designed with a 12-litre capacity and a perforated base plate that keeps the cups above the sediment. It is a small design detail with large practical significance: the cups actually come clean instead of being rinsed in their own bottom sludge.
A sloping surface and lid minimise spillage, and the liquid is easily drained via a tap. Exhaust-air filters in both the back wall and the top prevent paint particles from reaching the fan blade – protection that extends the fan's service life and keeps maintenance costs down over the years.

Frequently asked questions
A cleaning trough, paint mixing and viscosity check in the same cabinet. The three steps are carried out in sequence, by the same person, with the same material in hand – when they require three stations, unnecessary movement arises.
It is purpose-designed with a 12-litre capacity and a perforated base plate that keeps the cups above the sediment. The cups therefore actually come clean instead of being rinsed in their own bottom sludge. A sloping surface and a lid minimise spillage, and the liquid is drained via a tap.
For workshops that do not have the volume to justify a full-size Systemtvätt 195, Kombi works as a combined solution. If you have high throughput and several guns in use in parallel, Systemtvätt is the right choice.
The stated exhaust-air figure applies when Kombi is to function as a fume cabinet – in an open space or a mixing room not built for the task. In a purpose-built and well-ventilated room, Kombi can be installed as a ventilated cabinet with lower exhaust air. This is a general guideline; the actual requirement is determined by the room's zone classification plan and applicable regulations, so always verify against it. We are happy to help you.
The cabinet is 225 cm high and does not fit upright through a standard doorway (often ~200 cm). Lay it down on its long side, slide it in and stand it up in place – the ceiling height you need depends on the width (the diagonal when tilting it upright): Kombi 150 approx. 2.7 m, Kombi 195 approx. 3.0 m. Contact us if you are unsure.
In Kombi both cleaning and mixing take place, so good light across the whole work surface makes a difference for both colour assessment and safety. The luminaire is ordered as an accessory, and the correct Ex rating is governed by the room's zone classification plan. Contact us and we'll guide you to the right choice.
Before Kombi is put into operation it must be connected to compressed air, and depending on the configuration also to water.
