Ordering, delivery, goods receipt and invoicing.

We run ongoing credit monitoring on all customers. New customers are always credit-checked before an order is approved.
We send a confirmation once we have received and processed the order — normally the same day or the following day at the latest. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours (working days), please contact us.
Goods held in stock are normally dispatched within a day. Larger items such as cabinets and lifts are made to order; the delivery time is then approximately 4–6 weeks depending on the production workload.
The goods are delivered by established carriers, with a delivery note and freight documentation. Inspect the goods immediately on delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the consignment note — document it and notify the carrier immediately. Then notify us, and we will help with the claim and replacement goods. If transport damage has not been reported directly to the carrier, compensation may be reduced or refused.
Other discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving the delivery.
If you need the goods on a particular day or at a particular time, that can often be arranged, but the carrier usually charges a higher fee. If no one is present at delivery, or if you ask the carrier to hold the delivery, the carrier may charge a storage cost that may be passed on to you.
We only send invoices by email or as an electronic invoice. Normally 30 days net applies; for larger orders other terms may be applied.

Below are our terms and conditions for purchase and delivery. They apply where nothing else has been agreed in writing, and they are written to be comprehensible rather than exhaustive — if anything is unclear, ask us rather than guess.
One thing is worth highlighting in particular, because it sets us apart from much other workshop equipment: our Green Line products are manufactured in Frillesås, Sweden, and we keep spare parts long after a model has been discontinued. A purchase from us is meant to last for decades, and our terms are written with that time horizon in mind.
Stated dimensions, performance and other values in product sheets and on the website are indicative and may vary with configuration and use. For larger installations we always engineer to your actual premises before delivery.
Most of what we sell is equipment that has to fit into an existing space, with existing ventilation and existing workflows. That is why most deals begin with a quotation rather than a price list. The quotation is based on the conditions you have provided — dimensions, ventilation capacity, placements — and is valid for the period stated in it.
For larger installations we engineer to your actual premises before delivery. If it turns out during the engineering work that conditions differ from what was assumed, we get in touch before we proceed, not afterwards.
Stated dimensions, performance and other values in product sheets, data sheets and on the website are indicative. They may vary with configuration and use, and we reserve the right to correct printing errors and make technical changes. If a dimension is critical to whether the equipment will fit — ask us and have it confirmed in writing before ordering.
Some product sheets state explicitly that the dimensions are preliminary and being verified. That is there because we would rather be open about the uncertainty than guess. If you need a verified dimension, get in touch.

If you have equipment from us that is twenty or thirty years old and are wondering whether it can be repaired — call us. The answer is more often yes than you might think.
