Order in the workshop
Stötis is the ultimate solution for efficient, space-saving storage of bumpers — no more stacks that take up valuable space and create clutter in the workshop. The mobile rack holds up to 8 bumpers and rolls easily to wherever you need it. The removable arms make it easy to adapt the rack even for extra-large bumpers.
Four arm levels on each side make the most of the height.
Four swivel castors let you move the rack easily around the workshop.

In depth
Stötis is a mobile floor rack for up to eight bumpers. It rolls on four swivel castors and can be moved to wherever the work is — to the preparation area, to the paint booth, to interim storage.
Bumpers are the classic space problem in a bodyshop. They're large, they're fragile, and they end up lying in stacks on the floor where they take up space and risk being damaged. Stötis solves this by using the height instead of the floor area.
The rack is used where bumpers need to be stored temporarily or moved between stages. Four arm levels on each side let eight bumpers be hung on an area of one square metre, and because the rack is mobile the whole batch can be rolled as one unit instead of being carried one by one.
For workshops with limited floor space, it's often the single biggest space saving that can be achieved without rebuilding the premises.
The rack is made of powder-coated steel and measures 1000 × 1000 × 2000 mm. The arms are 500 mm long and removable, so the rack can be adapted even for extra-large bumpers that otherwise wouldn't fit between the levels.
The wheels are four swivel castors of Ø80 mm. The construction is dimensioned for a workshop environment and withstands the handling that equipment in daily use is subjected to. Stötis is designed and manufactured in Sweden.
Stötis is delivered unassembled and needs neither electricity nor ventilation. For workshops short on floor space there's also a wall-mounted model.
Stötis is a mobile bumper rack, but bumper storage can be solved in two ways depending on the workshop's floor space. The floor model rolls to wherever the work is and holds up to eight bumpers on one square metre; the wall model Stötis Vägg takes no floor space at all and folds flat against the wall when not in use.
In a bodyshop where bumpers are constantly moved between preparation, painting and interim storage, the mobile bumper rack is usually the right choice. Where floor space is heavily committed, many add the wall model for temporary storage. We're happy to help you choose based on what your workflow looks like.
Frequently asked questions
Up to eight, on four arm levels per side. The rack measures 1000 × 1000 mm at the base, so eight bumpers are stored on one square metre of floor area instead of in stacks.
Yes, that's the whole point. Four swivel castors of Ø80 mm let the whole batch be rolled as one unit between preparation, painting and interim storage instead of being carried one bumper at a time.
One square metre — the rack measures 1000 × 1000 mm at the base. If you instead need a solution that takes no floor space at all, there's the wall model.
